I hope this petition gathers momentum. You may be interested to know that Governors of the Trust were not given any of the information on the huge scale of the bullying and harassment culture - in fact, I believe we were deliberately misled by senior figures, so that we would be unable to hold the Executives and Non Executive Directors to account for these atrocities....if you can, please speak to whoever your Public Governor is and let them know about any injustices you have suffered which were not addressed. Some of the Governors are actively pushing for truth and accountability. None of the senior figures who were there at the time of the CQC inspections have apologised or stated accountability for this mess, several have resigned...what does that tell you? This Trust has fallen so far. The previous CEO and Chair did not take any, or adequate, action to save staff from the bullying, we now know that to be the case. Suddenly, at last, we have the start of a new workplace culture where we are encouraged to speak up and call out those who have, at the very least, not helped the victims, or left it far too late.
