We have now finished feedback sessions with the new CEO and Chair of the Board for Newcastle Hospitals, what a difference new management makes, thank you to all the brave individuals who came forward and to Jim and Kath who sent a letter back to us all. Thank you for all your hard work, allowing us to come together and be heard. Without you as the coordinator we would all still feel alone, isolated & marginalised. There is lots to do and for those of us who are no longer employed at Newcastle (not through choice) it has been a way of being heard. No one can turn back the clock or undo all that has happened but at least we have had an opportunity to be heard and now actions must be seen.
