'I was a patient going through the service I worked in. I raised concerns on three separate occasions with line management about information governance issues (non-clinical staff members sharing clinical information with me about my case in the middle of an open plan office during the working day, inappropriate access to my medical record, printing out of letters I had not received and handing them to me in the office)''......
'Meetings with line management team and HR commenced at about 5 weeks post op for me to discuss my return to work. I asked about my complaint – it transpired that not all occurrences or all staff members involved were being investigated so I pushed for it all to be looked at

'During the time I was raising these concerns we did have a lot of staff leaving the team and there was clearly a lot of general unrest for various reasons, there was a feeling that staff were discouraged from raising concerns because they weren’t dealt with. I certainly felt like no-one was listening to me, I was just branded unable to cope, paranoid, unwilling to forgive and in the end just a bit hormonal…all the while being continuously slapped around the face with flourish...'
I hope this petition gathers momentum. You may be interested to know that Governors of the Trust were not given any of the information on the huge scale of the bullying and harassment culture - in fact, I believe we were deliberately misled by senior figures, so that we would be unable to hold the Executives and Non Executive Directors to account for these atrocities....if you can, please speak to whoever your Public Governor is and let them know about any injustices you have suffered which were not addressed. Some of the Governors are actively pushing for truth and accountability. None of the senior figures who were there at the time of the CQC inspections have apologised or stated accountability…
