'I was told not to raise concerns' - current staff member

'I raised concerns for 3 years of using such inexperienced staff, these staff had no previous experience and this was a serious risk to patients - it is done all to save money. I wrote countless reports highlighting the issues , problems , bad design , poor standard

of work - and these continue to exist. I was told not to raise any datex’s about my findings and warned about expressing my concerns.
