ting. I was broken and in floods of tears. When the Directorate Manager got up to leave I tried again to speak. She put her hand up to my face to silence my words.

I contacted the Speak Up Guardian. When I began telling him just an example of what was happening he said " I'm sure you have a misunderstanding. I know this woman very well"

He suggested he contacted her to voice how I was feeling and get back to me. He did this. He phoned me back and said "She is really sorry you feel how you do and will arrange a meeting as soon as possible to put your mind at rest".

To date I am still waiting for that meeting.
