Ex-employee story - I left the nursing profession completely after being unsupported when I raised concerns

I used to work at the trust. I started as a newly qualified nurse straight from uni, but quit a year later. I was made to think I was incompetent with no attempt to help me improve, there was a lack of support and the environment felt unsafe for both staff and patients. I made attempts to speak up but was shot down by multiple members of staff. I want to help your cause any way I can because this has to stop.'
